Description
House of Open Rivers is where the rigid and the certain come to soften. Members share the belief that emotions are not problems to solve but currents to ride, and that the most powerful transformations happen when you stop resisting the shape life is asking you to take. If you have ever ugly-cried in a grocery store and felt holier for it, you belong here.

The Dam Breaker. Goal: To release internal pressure and force the external environment to become fluid. Action: Place both hands over your heart. Inhale deeply, visualizing the problem as a solid stone in your chest. Exhale sharply while thrusting your hands forward and open, as if pushing down a wall. Lock: The split second your arms fully extend and your lungs are completely empty. Effect: This creates a pressure wave in the Vibe Cloud that tells the Pudding you are no longer a container but a conduit, causing the obstacle in front of you to lose its structural integrity and yield.
