The Hard Reset. Goal: To stop a panic spiral or a bad string of luck instantly. Action: Close your eyes tight and exhale fully until your lungs are totally empty. Hold that emptiness (the Zero state) for three seconds. Then, inhale sharply and snap your eyes open wide. Lock: The split-second your eyes snap open and the light hits you. Effect: This creates a shockwave in your Vibe Cloud that wipes out the old, bad data and forces the Pudding to render a fresh start.
