The Anchor Touch. Goal: To ground a high-voltage idea into physical reality so it cannot escape. Action: Place your dominant hand firmly on your tool (pen, wrench, keyboard) or the material you are working on. Lock: Press down hard for three seconds until you feel the solid resistance of the object against your skin. Effect: Transfers your mental image directly into the atomic structure of the object, forcing the Pudding to obey your design.
