The Threshold Crossing. Goal: To shed a heavy, outdated version of yourself and activate a fresh start. Action: Find a doorway. Stand on one side and imagine all your stress, bad habits, and old limits sticking to your clothes like heavy dust. Take a deep breath, then step firmly through the door. Lock: As your foot hits the floor on the other side, exhale sharply and imagine the dust falling off, leaving you clean. Effect: You warp the local reality by treating the door as a reset button, physically leaving the negative energy in the previous room so it cannot follow you into the new one.
