The Anchor Drop. Goal: To locate a lost item or scattered thought by stabilizing your local field. Action: Stop all physical movement immediately. Close your eyes, visualize the lost object, and take one long, heavy exhale, imagining your feet sinking two inches into the floor. Lock: The specific second your body feels heavy and completely motionless. Effect: This drops the noise level in your Vibe Cloud, clearing the distortion so the object's location can re-appear in your mind's eye.
